Okay.... I have a legitimate reason for why I wasn't doing the diet!

So... I seriously have a legitimate reason why I wasn't following my 100 day transformation..... And that's cause... I finally got a job. YAY! But BOO at the same time...

I've been working for almost 2 weeks now and I'm still not used to working all the time. I have been trying to exercise and such while working, but it's a bit tough... I actually did the military diet this week and I think I've gotten the hang of having a job and dieting AND working out now. SO I will definitely start all over again next Monday.... :( I'm sorry about that guys.....

But I'm warning you guys now... I'll might be stopping again around mid-August.. AT least for a few days... Cause I plan on getting my first tattoo on the 17th (I think... Should be a Saturday.) And I don't wanna be sweating all over it and definitely do NOT want to be working out while I'm sore......

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... I'm warning you guys now.... My 100 day transformation has been postponed until further notice, but until I restart this thing, I will definitely be doing the 3 day Military Diet every week and finishing at least the first phase of Insanity. :) And this time I have no more excuses :) Unless I injure myself...... But I'm hoping I DON'T hurt myself..... But who knows? I'm so clumsy it's not even funny.... I trip while walking on a flat surface by myself......

.... But yeah.... Anyways...... Just wanted to tell you guys sorry... For the few of you who are actually following along with my blog..... I'm so sorry to disappoint you..... I really am... I'm disappointed in myself as well... Sighhh.. But I didn't think I'd get hired to work like 3 days after my interview.... It was so quick... And I've been having some crazy shifts, and they haven't always been the same time.... BUT now my manager said she's going to be putting me in the morning shifts, so hopefully I'll go to work, come home, work out, eat, shower, and then go on with my normal life..... I'll definitely try my best to stick to this plan at least until I start my real 100 day transformation.... Sigh........

Day 3

SO.... I woke up so sore... I couldn't even get out of bed to go the the bathroom right outside of my room.... But that's okay.... I'm perfectly fine.... I think..... Anyways...... I forgot to take photos of my meals (sorry!) but I can write them out :))

For breakfast I had:
1/2 a grapefruit (or the grapefruit in a cup for me)
1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Coffee / Tea (I drink Earl Grey Tea because it is my all time favorite)

For lunch I had:
1/2 a cup of tuna (sadly, it was tuna from a can... And I only like tuna when it's raw... So it was horrible....)
1 slice of toast
Coffee / Tea (Again, I had my Earl Grey Tea <3)

For dinner I had:
3 ounces of any meat (my mom got me a 3 ounce piece of some type of skinless, boneless fish... And I seasoned it with a little salt and pepper.. Delicious)
1 cup of green beans (again, from the package I usually get it in. My package makes about 2 cups I believe, so I only eat half :))
1/2 banana (I love bananas, but today's banana was too green :(( )
1 small apple (again, my mom buys large apples so I only eat half of it)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream (but we ran out and I couldn't go buy any... So I just used the substitute it said was allowed... And that was the same amount of banana milk or strawberry milk. I chose to go with banana milk cause I freaking love that stuff.)

This diet really works you guys. I've done it a few times and every time I've lost about 8 pounds at the least. :)

Uh, I don't think I have much else to say about today.... I did the Insanity workout of the day which was Cardio Power & Resistance... Why did I decide to do this oh my gosh I want to cry right now go away muscle pain Sigh........ And if you guys want to do the Insanity work out, but do NOT want to go buy that expensive thing....... I found it online.... Well, my friend found it online and gave it to me :) But yeah. If you look in the right places, you can find it :))

That's about it for my day... Except you know, crying after my work out because my abs and lower back and thighs hurt so bad I could barely BREATHE.... But it's all worth it in the long run..... I hope you guys had a great day... It would have been a good day for me if the weather wasn't all horrible. I wanted to cry cause it was raining all day. Brings down my mood. :(

Day 2

Hey guys :) great day today ♥♥
Okay so I've started the military diet today. Sad life... My mom woke me ip asking if I wanted to eat somhomemade biscuits.... :(( What is this torture....
Anyways. Here's Day 1's breakfast:
1 slice of toast
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 a grapefruit
1 cup of unsweetened tea/coffee

I ate the grapefruit from a cup because the real grapefruits did not look appealing at all.... Ewwwwww.
This is actually REALLY filling, so don't be scared cause the portion sizes look small.... Day 3 is where you want to cry... Hahaha. Anyways......... 

After eating breakfast, I waited a few hours (because it's bad to start working out right away, especially for me who would get an upset stomach right away) and then did Insanity. TT-TT THE PAIN.. I'm still sore from the Fitness Test yesterday, but I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit video today... TT-TT NOOOOOOOOOOOOO...... 

Anyways...... A few hours later and it is time for lunch, yes??
But.... sad life. I ccouldn't eat... I had to get ready for my job interview at... Wendy's. And the interview took almost an hour because I was hired and had to do the paperwork.  So as soon as I was done, I rushed home and am now enjoying my dinner. Which consists of:
3oz any meat (scallops for me)
1 cup of green beans
1/2 a banana
1 small apple (My mom only buys large apples so I just eat half of one)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream



But again.... Sad life.... My mom forgot to buy the fruit and the ice cream..... So I guess today is a fail.. Since I missed one meal, and another was only half complete...... Which means..... I have to do Day 1 tomorrow AGAIN because it really won't do to have done it wrong.... TT-TT Which means I get to be hungry again...... Though..... I guess I really don't mind.... Better than not doing it at all.......

That's my day.... I didn't get to go to the gym with Janice because she is MIA TT-TT She left me to go see her church friends at a week long camp.. -____- Ah well..... Until tomorrow my lovelies.... I'm gonna go cry while wishing I could eat the last KitKat I saved in my fridge... But time for more hula-hooping!! Boooooooooooo I mean YAY!

Day 1

Hey guys! I've actually started the whole working out process and everything today(wellllll..... Yesterday since it's already past midnight :0)! Except... I couldn't follow the schedule.... I don't have the things to start the Military Diet so I have to start it tomorrow. But it's okay. Cause I ate pretty healthily today... Except for some Dippin' Dots..... BUT I worked out a lot to burn those off.

What did I do to burn those off? 1 hour of the hula-hoop of torture.... What is that??? It's something that looks a lot like this...



Except.... I can't take a photo of mine right now cause my mom is using it.... Mine has bigger balls on the inside, and is thicker. The thicker one hurts more in my opinion.

ANYWAYS....
So for my meals today.. I've had galbi dol-sot bap. Which is a Korean dish made of rice, a bunch of vegetables, and some marinated meat called galbi. I ate it almost not seasoned, and split the giant dish I had to last me all day. It's actually really healthy for you, and I didn't eat all of the meat because..... You know...... It's meat..... BUT I worked out anyways so it's okay.... And as for why I didn't follow my meal plan, it's because I was out all day giving a tour to my friend... SO I've been out of the house all day. PLUS I don't have any of the ingredients to make the meals from the Military Diet.... :( You know..... I was at a mall where the temptations were so great! ...... And I had some Dippin' Dots..... BUT I walked around a giant mall for almost 3-4 hours + 1 hour of hula-hoop + Insanity's Fit Test...... I'm sure I burned those calories off :D

Anyways..... So I really just have to post up my first fit test results on here.... Which is what I'm gonna do now :D

1. Switch Kicks: 38
2. Power Jacks: 30

5. Globe Jumps: 4
6. Suicide Jumps: 8
7. Push-up Jacks: 10
8. Low Plank Oblique: 15

These are actually much better than my first attempt at Insanity from last October. I think my highest number was 30..... And that was power knees. :0 So wow........ I did the same amount of Globe Jumps though.... BUT.... I didn't realize I was so close to my wall.... And kinda... sorta.... ran into it.... I mean, I just was too tired?? Haha anyways.........
