So... I seriously have a legitimate reason why I wasn't following my 100 day transformation..... And that's cause... I finally got a job. YAY! But BOO at the same time...
I've been working for almost 2 weeks now and I'm still not used to working all the time. I have been trying to exercise and such while working, but it's a bit tough... I actually did the military diet this week and I think I've gotten the hang of having a job and dieting AND working out now. SO I will definitely start all over again next Monday.... :( I'm sorry about that guys.....
But I'm warning you guys now... I'll might be stopping again around mid-August.. AT least for a few days... Cause I plan on getting my first tattoo on the 17th (I think... Should be a Saturday.) And I don't wanna be sweating all over it and definitely do NOT want to be working out while I'm sore......
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... I'm warning you guys now.... My 100 day transformation has been postponed until further notice, but until I restart this thing, I will definitely be doing the 3 day Military Diet every week and finishing at least the first phase of Insanity. :) And this time I have no more excuses :) Unless I injure myself...... But I'm hoping I DON'T hurt myself..... But who knows? I'm so clumsy it's not even funny.... I trip while walking on a flat surface by myself......
.... But yeah.... Anyways...... Just wanted to tell you guys sorry... For the few of you who are actually following along with my blog..... I'm so sorry to disappoint you..... I really am... I'm disappointed in myself as well... Sighhh.. But I didn't think I'd get hired to work like 3 days after my interview.... It was so quick... And I've been having some crazy shifts, and they haven't always been the same time.... BUT now my manager said she's going to be putting me in the morning shifts, so hopefully I'll go to work, come home, work out, eat, shower, and then go on with my normal life..... I'll definitely try my best to stick to this plan at least until I start my real 100 day transformation.... Sigh........

Day 3
SO.... I woke up so sore... I couldn't even get out of bed to go the the bathroom right outside of my room.... But that's okay.... I'm perfectly fine.... I think..... Anyways...... I forgot to take photos of my meals (sorry!) but I can write them out :))
For breakfast I had:
1/2 a grapefruit (or the grapefruit in a cup for me)
1 slice of toast
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Coffee / Tea (I drink Earl Grey Tea because it is my all time favorite)
For lunch I had:
1/2 a cup of tuna (sadly, it was tuna from a can... And I only like tuna when it's raw... So it was horrible....)
1 slice of toast
Coffee / Tea (Again, I had my Earl Grey Tea <3)
For dinner I had:
3 ounces of any meat (my mom got me a 3 ounce piece of some type of skinless, boneless fish... And I seasoned it with a little salt and pepper.. Delicious)
1 cup of green beans (again, from the package I usually get it in. My package makes about 2 cups I believe, so I only eat half :))
1/2 banana (I love bananas, but today's banana was too green :(( )
1 small apple (again, my mom buys large apples so I only eat half of it)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream (but we ran out and I couldn't go buy any... So I just used the substitute it said was allowed... And that was the same amount of banana milk or strawberry milk. I chose to go with banana milk cause I freaking love that stuff.)

I did the Insanity workout of the day which was Cardio Power & Resistance...Why did I decide to do this oh my gosh I want to cry right now go away muscle pain Sigh........ And if you guys want to do the Insanity work out, but do NOT want to go buy that expensive thing....... I found it online.... Well, my friend found it online and gave it to me :) But yeah. If you look in the right places, you can find it :))
That's about it for my day... Except you know, crying after my work out because my abs and lower back and thighs hurt so bad I could barely BREATHE.... But it's all worth it in the long run..... I hope you guys had a great day... It would have been a good day for me if the weather wasn't all horrible. I wanted to cry cause it was raining all day. Brings down my mood. :(

Day 2
Hey guys :) great day today ♥♥
Okay so I've started the military diet today. Sad life... My mom woke me ip asking if I wanted to eat somhomemade biscuits.... :(( What is this torture....
Anyways. Here's Day 1's breakfast:
1 slice of toast
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 a grapefruit
1 cup of unsweetened tea/coffee
1 slice of toast

I ate the grapefruit from a cup because the real grapefruits did not look appealing at all.... Ewwwwww.
This is actually REALLY filling, so don't be scared cause the portion sizes look small.... Day 3 is where you want to cry... Hahaha. Anyways.........
After eating breakfast, I waited a few hours (because it's bad to start working out right away, especially for me who would get an upset stomach right away) and then did Insanity. TT-TT THE PAIN.. I'm still sore from the Fitness Test yesterday, but I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit video today... TT-TT NOOOOOOOOOOOOO......
Anyways...... A few hours later and it is time for lunch, yes??
But.... sad life. I ccouldn't eat... I had to get ready for my job interview at... Wendy's. And the interview took almost an hour because I was hired and had to do the paperwork. So as soon as I was done, I rushed home and am now enjoying my dinner. Which consists of:
3oz any meat (scallops for me)
1 cup of green beans
1/2 a banana
1 small apple (My mom only buys large apples so I just eat half of one)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
But again.... Sad life.... My mom forgot to buy the fruit and the ice cream..... So I guess today is a fail.. Since I missed one meal, and another was only half complete...... Which means..... I have to do Day 1 tomorrow AGAIN because it really won't do to have done it wrong.... TT-TT Which means I get to be hungry again...... Though..... I guess I really don't mind.... Better than not doing it at all.......
That's my day.... I didn't get to go to the gym with Janice because she is MIA TT-TT She left me to go see her church friends at a week long camp.. -____- Ah well..... Until tomorrow my lovelies.... I'm gonna go cry while wishing I could eat the last KitKat I saved in my fridge... But time for more hula-hooping!! Boooooooooooo I mean YAY!

Day 1
Hey guys! I've actually started the whole working out process and everything today(wellllll..... Yesterday since it's already past midnight :0)! Except... I couldn't follow the schedule.... I don't have the things to start the Military Diet so I have to start it tomorrow. But it's okay. Cause I ate pretty healthily today... Except for some Dippin' Dots..... BUT I worked out a lot to burn those off.
What did I do to burn those off? 1 hour of the hula-hoop of torture.... What is that??? It's something that looks a lot like this...

Except.... I can't take a photo of mine right now cause my mom is using it.... Mine has bigger balls on the inside, and is thicker. The thicker one hurts more in my opinion.
ANYWAYS....
So for my meals today.. I've had galbi dol-sot bap. Which is a Korean dish made of rice, a bunch of vegetables, and some marinated meat called galbi. I ate it almost not seasoned, and split the giant dish I had to last me all day. It's actually really healthy for you, and I didn't eat all of the meat because..... You know...... It's meat..... BUT I worked out anyways so it's okay.... And as for why I didn't follow my meal plan, it's because I was out all day giving a tour to my friend... SO I've been out of the house all day. PLUS I don't have any of the ingredients to make the meals from the Military Diet.... :( You know..... I was at a mall where the temptations were so great! ...... And I had some Dippin' Dots..... BUT I walked around a giant mall for almost 3-4 hours + 1 hour of hula-hoop + Insanity's Fit Test...... I'm sure I burned those calories off :D
Anyways..... So I really just have to post up my first fit test results on here.... Which is what I'm gonna do now :D

2. Power Jacks: 30
3. Power Knees: 50
4. Power Jumps: 15
5. Globe Jumps: 4
6. Suicide Jumps: 8
7. Push-up Jacks: 10
8. Low Plank Oblique: 15
These are actually much better than my first attempt at Insanity from last October. I think my highest number was 30..... And that was power knees. :0 So wow........ I did the same amount of Globe Jumps though....BUT.... I didn't realize I was so close to my wall.... And kinda... sorta.... ran into it.... I mean, I just was too tired?? Haha anyways.........
Here are my new body measurements :( Because I gained some weight :(((

Shoulder: 39.5 in
Thickest part of upper arm: 13 in
Thickest part of lower arm: 10.25 in

I feel bad, but I have a good reason....
So... As you guys can see... I didn't blog this week... It's because I didn't start my transformation... And I have a very good reason why....... I got power chains on my braces earlier this week... And have literally lived off bananas and jello.... My teeth hurt so much..... That if I even had normal food, I literally swallowed right away... Sad life.... But yeah... I've somewhat gotten used to them... And I think I can chew by Sunday hopefully.... But you know... I really have got to start this so I can't push it back anymore....

I'm sorry.....
So..... As you guys know... I was technically supposed to have started this 100 day transformation last Monday..... But that hasn't worked out very well.... I was too tired from my camp retreat to start the diet right away, and decided to start this past Monday... As in 3 days ago Monday... But that failed too because I let myself get tempted by the fact that my friend's mom was making me delicious Korean food.... So I feel very bad about this... But I'm going to start on June 24th... AFTER my birthday, so I don't have any more excuses on why I can't start the diet.... I'll also be starting the Insanity work outs then (I lost the videos and can't find them so I have to..... search for them again TT-TT)... But you know..... I didn't want to lie on here like "Oh you guys my diet's been going great..." Cause even if it disappoints you guys who actually read this blog... I want to be honest, because not everybody succeeds the first time. It takes commitment, which I lack right now... And it's not easy to be committed to such an intense plan....
Speaking of the plan.... I have to change it up a bit TT-TT
I will be eating at the same times... And I'm pretty sure I'm like a 29-30 right now.... SO yeah.... If I don't lose weight by the time it's chilly enough for those pants... That's going to be a waste of my friend's 16 dollars.... So I have to for those pants!

Introduction
So I forgot to post yesterday for Day 1... But yeah... This is my blog I'm going to be faithful to for the next 99 days. It's going to be about my weight loss success (hopefully) and fails (hopefully not). I have made a plan to last me 100 days of mostly clean eating (except Sundays where I will have some free reign) and crazy exercising. I'm going to call this my Summer/Fall Transformation :)
So. Let me start off by introducing myself and my ..... body to you all... Warning..... Some bad photos of my icky body will be posted on here now...
My name is Priscilla Yi :) I am going to be 18 in 12 days and am 161cm tall (or 5 ft 3). I weigh.... sigh...... 78 kilograms (or 171 pounds). And that's me losing 12 kilograms since this March. I lost about 15 kilograms (33 pounds) in the months of March and April, and gained 3 (6.6 pound) back these past few weeks of my vacation...
How did I lose those 15 kilograms? I'm not really sure... I did this thing called the 3 day Military Diet that I found off of Pinterest every week... Plus I went to the gym every day and walked at least 30 minutes. And I danced for at least 3 to 4 hours a day. And it wasn't like "wiggle wiggle" small movement dancing... I followed along to choreography from K-Pop songs, especially from a group called B.A.P...
Anyways.... I got distracted... Continuing on with my introduction.. My measurements are up next :/ And I measured in inches.... My BWH is 40-34.5-41 at the moment. The thickest part of the arm is 12 inches. The thickest part of my leg is 25 inches, the part of my thigh above my knee is 18 inches. and my calf is 16 inches. My kinda broad shoulders are 43 inches all around. At the moment, I wear size 9-10 pants and I went down to that from size 14...
Over all, I'm a pretty big girl. I had never had a problem with my weight before, but as I got older (and got into high school) I started to see the looks I got from people. I was hurt pretty badly by the things I'd hear about me, and this summer I've finally decided to do something about it... Well, I've been doing something about it since March but you guys know what I mean. I finally decided that I didn't want to be unhealthy anymore. I don't really care about the numbers anymore... I am going to get fit and that's my goal for the end of this 100-day Transformation.... And you know, my secret goal/wish of becoming a size 4-6 girl...
But I have another reason why I want to get fit... And that's because of...... ^~^ This guy that I like... He's the sweetest, nicest, kindest person I know... But is tiny... Just like all the other guys in my area.... Why am I bigger than guys!! I overheard some of them talking about their weight at this camp I went to over the weekend.... And they're talking about how they're like 60-something kilograms and such and such... And I'm just like... >:( STOP IT. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WEIGH LESS THAN ME?! I mean... They have much more muscle and height than I do but weigh like 10-20 kilograms less than I do... But who cares right? I'm gonna get smaller too so I'm not gonna worry about that!
Anyways.... Sigh.. I keep getting distracted... I'm going to try and be very faithful to this blog okay? So please don't say any rude things... It took me a long time to gather enough courage to show my true body to the world through the internet.... But you know, I gotta gain some confidence anyways so let's do this! Hopefully I'll have a lot of confidence at the end of this... Because if it is a success... I'm going to confess... And as a reward to myself I will get my navel pierced (cause hopefully I'll have the body to show it off on)....
So my plan for this 100-day Transformation??
I started on June 10th, 2013 and plan to finish this 100-day Transformation on October 3rd, 2013. I have a set diet to follow on all the days of the week except Sundays... I need the time to recover. So I won't really work out as much either...

Sunday:
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs & a cup of grape juice
Lunch & Dinner: Whatever I want, but be cautious. No fast foods at all...
Monday:
Day 1 of the Military Diet

Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs & a cup of grape juice

My name is Priscilla Yi :) I am going to be 18 in 12 days and am 161cm tall (or 5 ft 3). I weigh.... sigh...... 78 kilograms (or 171 pounds). And that's me losing 12 kilograms since this March. I lost about 15 kilograms (33 pounds) in the months of March and April, and gained 3 (6.6 pound) back these past few weeks of my vacation...
How did I lose those 15 kilograms? I'm not really sure... I did this thing called the 3 day Military Diet that I found off of Pinterest every week... Plus I went to the gym every day and walked at least 30 minutes. And I danced for at least 3 to 4 hours a day. And it wasn't like "wiggle wiggle" small movement dancing... I followed along to choreography from K-Pop songs, especially from a group called B.A.P...
Anyways.... I got distracted... Continuing on with my introduction.. My measurements are up next :/ And I measured in inches.... My BWH is 40-34.5-41 at the moment. The thickest part of the arm is 12 inches. The thickest part of my leg is 25 inches, the part of my thigh above my knee is 18 inches. and my calf is 16 inches. My kinda broad shoulders are 43 inches all around. At the moment, I wear size 9-10 pants and I went down to that from size 14...
Over all, I'm a pretty big girl. I had never had a problem with my weight before, but as I got older (and got into high school) I started to see the looks I got from people. I was hurt pretty badly by the things I'd hear about me, and this summer I've finally decided to do something about it... Well, I've been doing something about it since March but you guys know what I mean. I finally decided that I didn't want to be unhealthy anymore. I don't really care about the numbers anymore... I am going to get fit and that's my goal for the end of this 100-day Transformation.... And you know, my secret goal/wish of becoming a size 4-6 girl...
But I have another reason why I want to get fit... And that's because of...... ^~^ This guy that I like... He's the sweetest, nicest, kindest person I know... But is tiny... Just like all the other guys in my area.... Why am I bigger than guys!! I overheard some of them talking about their weight at this camp I went to over the weekend.... And they're talking about how they're like 60-something kilograms and such and such... And I'm just like... >:( STOP IT. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WEIGH LESS THAN ME?! I mean... They have much more muscle and height than I do but weigh like 10-20 kilograms less than I do... But who cares right? I'm gonna get smaller too so I'm not gonna worry about that!
Anyways.... Sigh.. I keep getting distracted... I'm going to try and be very faithful to this blog okay? So please don't say any rude things... It took me a long time to gather enough courage to show my true body to the world through the internet.... But you know, I gotta gain some confidence anyways so let's do this! Hopefully I'll have a lot of confidence at the end of this... Because if it is a success... I'm going to confess... And as a reward to myself I will get my navel pierced (cause hopefully I'll have the body to show it off on)....
So my plan for this 100-day Transformation??
I started on June 10th, 2013 and plan to finish this 100-day Transformation on October 3rd, 2013. I have a set diet to follow on all the days of the week except Sundays... I need the time to recover. So I won't really work out as much either...
Food plan:
Sunday:
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs & a cup of grape juice
Lunch & Dinner: Whatever I want, but be cautious. No fast foods at all...
Monday:
Day 1 of the Military Diet
Tuesday:
Day 2 of the Military Diet
Wednesday:
Day 3 of the Military Diet
Thursday:
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs & a cup of grape juice
Lunch: A bowl of Special K cereal (I eat the yogurt and dried fruits one. YUM) with 1 1/2 cup milk
Dinner: Healthy eating
Friday:
Same as Thursday
Saturday:
Same as Thursday
Extra: Make sure to drink a cup of green tea after each meal on all the days except Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Daily Schedule:
Monday through Friday:
7AM - Wake up & do the morning routine (written below)
8AM - Eat breakfast
11AM - Go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours
1PM - Eat lunch
2PM - Tutor a friend for 3 hours
5PM - Eat dinner
7:30PM - Insanity Beachbody work out of the day (the one on the schedule)
9:30PM - Shower
10PM - Go to bed
Saturday:
7AM - Wake up & do the morning routine (written below)
8AM - Eat breakfast
11AM - Insanity Beachbody work out of the day (the one on the schedule)
1PM - Eat Lunch
5PM - Eat Dinner
6PM - Orchestra (but that ends in the beginning of August so it will become free time)
10PM - Shower & sleep
Sunday:
7AM - Wake up
8AM - Leave for church & Eat breakfast
2PM - Come home
3:30PM - Go to the gym for a 30 minute work out
4PM - Come home
5PM - Eat dinner
9PM - Shower
10PM - Sleep
Once I'm done with Insanity Beachbody, I will change it to Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift (hahahaha...) so I can make my (hopefully) then smaller body to a prettier smaller body

I think I've pretty much written everything for my transformation on here.... I'll be posting EVERY DAY... But they won't be as long as this post is... They're going to be small updates about my plan and my day and life and such... But yeah.... And I'll also be posting weekly body measurements and photos on Mondays... Now... I hope you guys can use this blog to help you guys gain confidence and tone up and whatever else it does for you... I just thought I could help at least one person out there with this....
